When I started training with Denise, I was an absolute beginner. Starting a fitness plan was a little nerve racking, but Denise immediately put me at ease. She is personable, patient and very knowledgeable. Our sessions are both fun and challenging, designed with my goals in mind. I feel stronger, more confident and I actually look forward to the workouts I once dreaded!
Denise is a fantastic trainer who really cares about helping her clients reach their goals in a realistic and sustainable way. She’s very approachable and invested in helping you make permanent lifestyle changes that fit your life. She personalizes your workout program to meet your goals and has flexible programming to help keep your workouts interesting. While training with her I’ve lost about 4-5 inches off my waist and am so much stronger. Her coaching has been very effective to help me correct my form and bring that understanding and confidence to my own gym sessions. As a student, I understand that personal training sessions can seem expensive, but I highly recommend anyone at any fitness level to train with her because it is 100% worth it.
I highly recommend Denise and her team. The boot camp program is fun while providing outstanding opportunities for personal fitness with strong leaders. The space is large and well designed and the variety of weekly challenges keeps me motivated. Give them a try!

I have been extremely pleased with what working out with Katherine has done to this body of mine. Her sweet, firm, and always friendly approach to developing my muscles, balance, cardio-capacity, and overall well-being has paid off. I enjoy working with Denise - I appreciate the "whole body" approach to reach my goals- my time with her is not just about the 1 hour in the studio, but rather following up on many other facets of health, including but not limited to: nutrition, activity, workouts, stretching, sleep or stress-relief.
The workouts we do are challenging, empowering and Varied. You won't be bored! Her knowledge and experience seem to be endless thus far! One other thing that needs to be mentioned is Her ability to carefully work with any injuries or deficits. Despite limitations, Denise was able to show me proper form and technique to resolve some of these issues, and still challenge me to get an excellent session in.
The studio is spacious, open, well lit, well equipped, has free parking - no complaints from this client!
